Parvathy's Interview

Pavarthy's book Luminous Journey, Luminous Way often makes a profound impact on her readers' lives. In this interview, Pavarthy talks about the books she receives and how she communicates with God.

Can you describe what the experience is like – how you hear God's voice and record His words?
First of all I want to designate that I am not in any kind of trance. On the contrary, I am completely conscious. First, I quiet down the sensors of perception of my surroundings, quiet my thoughts, and then sense God’s energy. Following that, I hear the words of Heavenly Father. Through years of experiencing His communication I can very well distinguish my thoughts from His words. His voice sounds, in my case, (it is individual, depending on each personality), male – like a fatherly voice.

How do you know it's really The Heavenly Father talking to you?
From the first moment of experiencing this communication I knew that I must have a certain confidence that I am receiving only words of Heavenly Father, some kind of proof for my peace of mind. In regards to other people’s communication with Heavenly Father, they should understand that it is not only a great blessing, but also a responsibility. So, I asked Heavenly Father to protect me, my channel of communication from other entities’ interference, and He replied in giving me a code protection. This means that every time I ask Him a question, I use this personal code.

What was it like the very first time to actually hear the voice of our Creator?
I was reading a magazine while my friends were watching TV and making comments to the current political situation. I commented back to them what I have just heard inside of myself. They were very surprised at my comments because they did not sound like me. I explained what I have experienced. What was happening to me was that through my whole being I felt something like never before. I felt someone close, but not in the way humans are. I heard somebody else’s voice. And by simply asking the entity: "Who are you?” I got the answer that The Heavenly Father Himself was speaking.  The overall feeling of the whole experience was enjoyable, and of course surprising.

Are there messages that you hear but don't record? How do you know which ones to publish and which ones not to?
What I have learned from the communication with God is to develop my inner voice, my intuition, deeper feelings, not emotions but positive and qualitative feelings that come from the heart. When I do ordinary errands throughout the day, sometimes I feel a need to write. I take my notebook and write God’s messages down. Often, I ask short questions of a private nature. I get His response, but I don't feel I have to write them. For Heavenly Father Speaks, I received the message from God to prepare for writing longer messages. He even told me to take a leave of absence from my job. Before I had written, received the words for Luminous Journey, Luminous Way, God informed me, this time through my dream, that it was time for another book. For these two books I needed a specific period of seven days and nights.

Other people profess to hear God's voice but they often are dismissed as frauds or looked upon with skepticism. What do you believe will convince people that you truly have heard His voice?
By using common sense or going through one’s heart, anyone can find answers and truth. I would like to emphasize that communication with Heavenly Father does not have to be voice related.  A personal journey toward the spiritual world, the world that is on the higher level of existence, is the matter of every single human being. It’s his or her personal choice to recognize and become aware of The Creator, The One and the same for all of us. I do not belong to any religious organization. For me, believing in God is a very personal attribute, very natural, though, and I hope it exists in all of us.

What lessons should we learn from His messages?
When you look at the curriculum book of some foreign language you will find yourself in front of many new lessons. You might ask yourself ways and means of learning those lessons. Eventually, you will find familiar situations in those lessons, only described in another language. Heavenly Father's messages are very open, clear, beautiful and pure. Lessons are many and the whole book is about them: about love, honesty, promise, justice; how to reconnect a long-lost relationship with God, how to remember who we really are and where we come from in order to solve the chaos we created within us and on this planet, and other agendas we meet in everyday life.

You believe that all of us can communicate with God. How would you propose we do that?
Absolutely everyone is capable of communication with Heavenly Father. Hearing His voice is just one way. We can also communicate through dreams, visions, listening more carefully to the inner self – our heart, becoming more perceptive to God’s signs around us. Prayers are also a kind of communication, but the ones that come from the heart, not from the mind as our wishes. I am not the only one with this gift of receiving messages from God. I’m sure that there are others who can do the same. Moreover, some of my friends have the same gift of hearing God’s voice. It has all started with learning ancient meditation. Becoming one with The Creator is hard to achieve without practice. Prayer, contemplation, dream practice, and meditation are means to it.

Luminous Journey, Luminous Way was written just a few months before 9/11. Do you attach any significance to that? Why did it take you almost four years to publish this book?
I do not attach any significance of this book being written just a few months before 9/11. It was long before 9/11 that I have gotten the word from Heavenly Father that this book will come to be. Since this book is received in a specific way, the process of translation is very important so that the meaning of His words are not lost, or twisted. Usually, a translator needs more time for this type of work. In our case our first translation needed a second one; and then editing, re-editing and again re-editing. This process takes months and months, so years passed by quickly. In the meantime, the book was translated into other languages. So, reasons were mostly of a technical nature.

You grew up in an Atheist and Communist country. How did you come to believe in God?
On one occasion when I was about thirteen, I asked my parents what happened after someone dies. They actually did not know what to answer. The thought that there was nothing after we leave this body, was terrifying to me. A few years earlier, in my school, kids were asking each other if anyone believed in God. When someone asked me, I answered that I would believe if I would see Him. At the age of nineteen I experienced the voice of The Heavenly Father and my journey of believing in God and actually being aware of His existence has begun. Soon after, I remembered my childhood answers about God and had a smile on my face and in my heart.

How has communicating with God impacted your life?
The void that I felt for a long time as a teen-ager about life after death, about God, now is gone. My life is complemented with this gift of communication with Heavenly Father. I do not feel special or chosen in any way. I am not a psychic of any kind, or an any similar phenomenon. I am only an average human who shares personal experiences. Communication with God definitely gives me more sense in my private life. I learned to be more responsible, cope and understand life's difficulties, and accept more hope. I am very grateful for this gift. I’m aware that I have to cherish it, so I will do that with pleasure.

Why do you think so many people have difficulty talking to God and even greater difficulty hearing and heeding His guidance?
As humans, we have free will and choice which reflect a decision of regaining consciousness of God. There is also the issue of oblivion, mistaking our ego for our heart, thinking that only ego is us. In order to evolve, humans have been given free will and choice. Often that can be felt as a burden because free will and choice implies responsibility. But it should be considered as a gift. A child’s upbringing can certainly impact one's opinion about God, but deep down in our hearts, if we have a wish, we can find true answers about God. Once more, everyone can comprehend spirituality best from their personal experiences, which is not separated from us, but it is inside of us.

What type of reaction did you get from the first book that you wrote via God's dictation, Heavenly Father Speaks?
People were primarily interested in the fact that I can talk to God, not realizing that they can do just the same. They were intrigued by the future events that are described in the book. Some were burdened by their philosophical point of view and were having clashes within themselves because of disbelieving of the possibility of communication with Heavenly Father that was explained in the book. Surprisingly, a lot of people were happy to hear about my experience. They opened themselves and they were glad that they can share their spiritual experiences, too. All in all, I was pointing out as The Heavenly Father has taught me: communication with Him is simplicity, not philosophy.

What is a Luminous Being?  How do we come to remember we are cosmic beings?
All humans have a "Luminous Being" deep inside themselves, which is our Heavenly inheritance. In the book Luminous Journey, Luminous Way, Heavenly Father says that it is wonderful to realize that we, created from Cosmos, are not just human beings, but cosmic beings, as well. Throughout the whole book God reminds us, step by step, how to remember who we really are. As humans we use physical form as our clothes, same as astronauts use their protection suits. Luminous Beings - cosmic beings belong to the same cosmic family. So, when we die, we leave our physical body and our being goes on.

How does one attain spiritual fulfillment?
What do we need to do to regain consciousness of His gifts? Very simple: just listen to your heart and do what you've been told to do through your heart. Remember always that Heavenly Father's major principle is simplicity, not philosophy which humans have the tendency toward it. In order to search spirituality, to have some kind of spiritual proof, you should begin your personal journey. Just as when you travel here on Earth, new horizons will open up to you. Through the personal experience you will get the best comprehension.

What can you say to help us understand the tree worlds in operation – material, astral and causal?
They should be understood as existing simultaneously. We live in a material world. Astral world is another, higher level of existence which we can visit through astral dreams. In astral world we acclimate ourselves to an even higher level, causal world. It’s a very subtle, supersensitive world – the one that is worthwhile reaching. The astral and the causal worlds are nearer to God. But do not underestimate the material world, which should be supplemented daily by optimistic thoughts, positive deeds and behaviors. And in our everyday life, spirituality should be present; however, stay practical and swim in the material world feeling the breeze of the spiritual world.

What path must we follow to fulfill and feed your mind energetically, in order to burn away the world's impurities?
Always God's path, the luminous way. Begin with peace in your heart, control of your mind and clarity of vision. That should be your trinity - like Father, Son and Holy Ghost. When we realize that we are not just flesh and blood, but sensitive Luminous Beings, we should learn how to stop polluting our being. By introducing positive thoughts within our minds we are opening the path toward light, for The Great Spirit to come to us, and gradually lift our operating frequencies to a higher level, burning away the lower ones. God is pleading us to stop polluting our Mother Nature. By polluting our environment we pollute ourselves, as well. And finally, we should use our free will and choice to stop polluting our bodies in a physical way, primarily concerning our reliance on drugs, cigarettes, and abusing alcohol.

Most people think being spiritual means only praying to God, contemplating about Him or going to a house of worship, and sometimes even blindly following the ancient scripts. What is your comment and what was said in the book about it?
As I said earlier, I grew up in a communist environment and to this day I do not practice religion by going to the Church, or to any houses of worship. However, other undertakings that I am practicing in my life are making my life more spiritual, giving it a different meaning. For instance: Heavenly Father always mentions that spiritual person is the one that has Heavenly Father in his or her heart. Precisely, He means these are the times in which we live right now, the times of an action in practical everyday life. Live your life selflessly, righteously, morally and faithfully, and you will be a spiritual person. All the techniques that He mentions in the book certainly helps growing spiritually, but He stresses out not to forget habitual every day life, our positive deeds and actions in it. You will still experience God to the fullest, through personal experience, nature and environment.
